With the release of Facebook and Essilor Luxottica’s Ray-Ban Stories, the discussion again becomes about whether it is safe for others, and how much others can profit from it. Apple already has a prototype out it’s precursor being the App Clips using apps without needing to download them, which gives users the ability to use any products services with a touch a button. Something that could make buying with glasses a real reality.

Will it work because of other wearable devices?

Although there are some kinks that need to be ironed, no one should shy away from the potential of instantaneous purchases by the power of a glance.
